Dr. Kent Collins is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Starkey’s Retail locations. Dr. Collins specializes in Patient Journey Innovation, Insurance & 3rd Party Payer processes, Telehealth, and Education & Training. He also serves as the Managing Director overseeing Starkey’s world renowned Center For Excellence. Dr. Collins has also served as the President of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology and sat on the Board of Directors while chairing the Nominations and Elections Committee.

Dr. Collins created and developed the world’s busiest private sector TeleAudiology program and is believed to be the first ever Audiologist licensed in all 50 states. Dr. Collins is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Dr. Collins earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, followed by his Master of Science in Audiology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He completed his education at Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Doctor of Audiology degree.
