Heather Fletcher, Au.D., CCC-A is a TeleHear Provider for Audibel specializing in providing hearing services for veterans. Dr. Fletcher obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Honors Program where she majored in Communication Sciences & Disorders. She was also awarded her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in collaboration with Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, NE. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
Dr. Fletcher is passionate about working together with veterans to achieve the best possible outcome for better hearing and communication in all aspects of their lives. Her special interests include the diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders, adult hearing rehabilitation through advanced technology, and tinnitus evaluation and management.
Before joining the TeleHear team, Dr. Fletcher provided hearing and balance services in otolaryngology clinics in Jacksonville, FL and San Diego, CA and most recently hearing services for Starkey HearCare in their Corpus Christi, TX office.
Outside of work, Dr. Fletcher can most likely be found at the baseball field with her husband and three sons, reading and relaxing at the beach, or cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
