Lynne Baum, M.A., CCC-A is a TeleHear Provider for Starkey HearCare. She holds her certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She received her Bachelor Arts in Communication Disorders from Pennsylvania State University, and her Master’s Degree in Communication, Speech, Language and Hearing from Temple University.
Lynne practiced Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California. Additionally, she taught on the faculty at Temple University’s Audiology Department. Lynne has been part of the Starkey family since 1992 when she practiced with a dispensing Otolaryngology group in Pennsylvania. In 2006, she opened a grassroots Nu-Ear hearing aid practice, and then joined California’s All American Hearing Clinics in 2010. Later she became a regional manager for AAH’s California team.
Lynne was one of the original TeleHear Audiologists and has recently re-joined the team after working at Scripps Clinic Audiology and Rehabilitation in Southern California. She has dedicated her career to helping people hear better and has a strong passion for improving the quality of life of patients both in person and virtually.
Lynne currently resides in Carlsbad, California. She is a proud Mom of two young adults! She loves playing “Pickleball”, enjoys hiking, spinning, live music, and mostly her time with family and friends.
