Kristen Pena, Au.D., CCC-A is a TeleHear Provider for Starkey HearCare. Kristin A. Pena, Au.D., Licensed Audiologist, has worked in the audiology and hearing industry since 2004. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Audiology from Illinois State University (2002), and a Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2004). After practicing for several years, she began working on her Doctor of Audiology Degree, which she earned from Salus University in 2009.
Before Dr. Pena joined the TeleHear team she has worked in a variety of settings throughout the years, including private practice, big box retail, and most recently in a third-party administration setting. Her expertise is in amplification and counseling adult patients and their families. Dr. Pena approaches each patient, situation, and fitting on an individual basis, as she is passionate about finding a unique solution for every individual.
Personally, Dr. Pena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking and hiking with her two dogs, enjoying the Denver food scene, and going to concerts with her husband (while wearing hearing protection, of course!).
